A 4 month coaching experience for those who are ready to do the inner work that’s holding them back from engaging and transitioning to where they know in their core they want to be.
What it includes:
▶ 2 x 1:1 calls per month, 90 min. each
▶ 1 creative ideation session, 90 min.
▶ 4 somatic breathwork sessions utilizing conscious connected (circular) breathwork, ie. bow & arrow technique
▶ Voxer support throughout the week
▶ Providing a tailored and individual experience as each person’s desire is different in where to be in the realm of life, work, and relationships.
▶ Entry to the monthly Sacred Circle Gathering/beginning 2023 grandfather in ongoing membership
